Installation and setup

Having trouble getting 103 Finder running? Visit the download and setup guide for step-by-step instructions for Windows and macOS. If that doesn't resolve it, email us with your operating system version and the step where you're getting stuck.

Billing and subscriptions

Subscription and billing questions can usually be resolved from inside the app under Billing settings. For anything else, email us with your account email and we'll sort it out.

Feature requests and feedback

We read every message. If you have a search filter or workflow improvement in mind, let us know. Most of the filters in 103 Finder came from user requests.
