1. Who we are

103 Finder is a desktop application developed and operated independently. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at hola@103finder.shop.

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Email address — used for account creation, login and service communications.
• Billing data — name and payment details processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
• Search history — searches you run are saved to your account so you can review past sessions. You can delete them at any time.
• Favorites and listened releases — records you save inside the app, stored against your account.
• Last active timestamp — used to determine account activity. Not shared with third parties.

3. Your Discogs token

Your Discogs personal access token is stored locally on your machine only, inside the operating system's secure credential store (Windows Credential Manager on Windows, Keychain on macOS). It is never transmitted to 103 Finder servers. We have no access to it.

4. Third-party services

103 Finder uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication, user profiles and search history storage. Data is stored in the EU.
• Stripe — payment processing and subscription management. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosting for the public website (103finder.shop). Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.
• Discogs API — music catalog data. Searches are made using your own Discogs token from your device. 103 Finder is not affiliated with Discogs.

5. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to: provide and improve the 103 Finder service, manage your subscription, send essential service communications (account updates, billing receipts) and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your personal data is deleted within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by applicable law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hola@103finder.shop. If you are in the EU, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The 103finder.shop website uses only technically necessary session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of 103 Finder after notification implies acceptance of the updated policy.
